Most property portals bury owner listings under paid placements. Vastu 1 does the opposite: owners list free, every listing is checked by a person before it goes live, and the contact details on the page belong to whoever actually holds the keys.
We cover the whole state — Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Kolhapur, Solapur and a further dozen cities — across residential and commercial property, for sale and for rent.
What verification means
Before a listing appears in search, our team checks that the address exists, the photographs match the property, the price is plausible for the locality, and the owner answers the number they gave us. Listings that pass carry a verified badge. Listings that fail are rejected with a reason, and the owner can correct and resubmit.
Verification is a sanity check, not a title search. Always inspect original ownership documents and, where applicable, the Maharashtra RERA registration before you pay anything.

Privacy policy
We collect the name, mobile number, email address and property details you enter, plus basic usage data. Your mobile number and email are shown on your own listings so buyers and tenants can reach you — that is the point of the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Enquiry details are shared only with the owner of the property being enquired about.
Photographs you upload are stored for as long as the listing is live, plus 90 days. You can delete a listing and its photographs from your dashboard at any time. To have your account and all associated data removed, write to us from your registered email address.
Terms and conditions
- You must own the property you list, or be authorised in writing by the owner to list it.
- Listings must be accurate. Wrong prices, stale availability and photographs of a different property will be removed.
- One listing per property. Duplicate posts are merged or deleted.
- Vastu 1 is a listing platform. We are not a party to any sale, lease or leave-and-licence agreement made between users, and we do not hold deposits.
- We may remove any listing, or suspend any account, that breaks these terms or attracts credible reports from other users.
- Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
Refund policy
Listing a property as an owner is free, so there is nothing to refund. Where a paid promotion is purchased — featured placement, for example — it can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the promotion has not yet gone live. Once a promoted listing is live, the amount is refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Verification fees, where charged for commercial listings, are not refundable once the verification visit has taken place.
